I have a Delphi Application and the application in Win2012 has expected
appearance -> Win2012.png
But in Windows 7, same application looks like corrupted -> Win7.png

Both windows have same resolution and same dpi settings.
So why do you think that happen?
And what is the generic solution?

Win2012.png (good one):

Win7.png (bad one):

I also sent images to the attachment group.

Thanks.

By the looks of it, your Win7 has its font setting to Medium (125%) or large
(150%) and not normal. This increases the fonts sizes and is what is causing
the word wrapping and stuff.
