A very interesting and detailed article exposing the complexities of
managing display scaling.

For some time I'd been struggling with blurred text in the Delphi IDE on
my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 laptop (150% scaling). Very recently I've
worked out a very passable solution (at least for my needs) by forcing
the IDE to dpi awareness and by adjusting the IDE via an extension:

Thanks Steve.

Now at version 1.1.
And I've tidied the code quite a bit, added in a config file and complex
shortcuts are now handled implicitly (eg 'Ctrl+Alt+N+C').
