I came across this tool which seems to good to be true -- speeds up C++ Builder compile times. In my tests it seems to work great but curious if any fellow C++ Builder programmers are using it?
You can read about it here:

Thanks!

At the company I work for, all the developers use this, we consider it an essential add-on.

We use it. I consider it a must-have for professional C++Builder
development.
(I also consider it a bit embarrassing that TwineCompile works so much
better than RAD Studio's built-in support for parallel compilation; I
wish Embarcadero would just buy it and build it in, like they did with
Castalia. But that's another story.)
