C++ Builder XE6 installed. I have selected C++ Builder Office XP Servers Package to be installed. Once checked, the package installs the components, and I can select from tool palette.

Once I exit C++ Builder, and restart the compiler, the checkbox for the Office XP Servers package is Unchecked and the components are no longer available to use.

Seems to be an install issue. Any way around this?

Thanks

There was an [workaround|http://www.delphipraxis.net/157943-toutlookapplication-d2010-2.html] for XE.
- Start the registry
- copy the value RegMergeTimeStamp
from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\8.0
into the clipboard (example: "1-31-2011 17|00|16")
-Paste the value into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Embarcadero\BDS\8.0
(bzw: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Embarcader o\BDS\8.0 für 64-Bit-Systeme)
RegMergeTimeStamp
that should be empty
-start the IDE
-select the Package
now the package should stay persistant
