Maybe I can't see the wood for the trees but the feature matrix for 10 Seattle Enterprise definitely says that it is still included but I'm damned if I can find it in the menus.

You mean QP (QualityPortal), not QC (QualityCentral).

QualityCentral and QualityPortal are two different systems. QualityCentral
is now legacy, soon to be retired. QualityPortal is its replacement:

We have a new Quality Portal

The new Embarcadero Quality Portal is designed to track a variety of issues
including bug reports and feature requests. Submitted issues are evaluated
by QA and are not part of product support.

If you need assistance installing or registering your product, please contact
Support. To login to the new Quality Portal, use your existing Embarcadero
Developer Network (EDN) account and password.

Click the link: Quality Portal to go to the new site.

Note: The old Quality Central is still running for your existing reports,
but will eventually be retired! Please use the new Quality Portal for new
reports.

Interestingly, and without any comment at all, Embarcadero have changed the Feature Matrix overnight to remove certain items!! Luckily I downloaded it so I have the original version locally. In particular they have now removed the following for C++;

UML Code Visualization – at any time, get a UML model view of your source code
C++ code generation from class diagram
Object Ancestry; show an object full hierarchy

Luckily in the UK we have a Law that states that the product we buy must be "as advertised" so as it stands they are in breach!

I hate that they didn't even respond to me but have covertly amended the matrix! Baaah!

I still don't know how to access the other modelling support options though like Design Pattern code generation?

"Hi Andy,
Product manager told me, that this feature was in fact removed from the product, and the feature matrix has been updated now. Sorry for that. For the moment, there is not plan to re-introduce it.
Thanks"

WOW! I find that incredible! Buyer beware.

The feature matrix is still incorrect and lists some modelling support for e.g.. "Design Pattern Support" but this is not currently available either.

THERE IS NO MODELLING SUPPORT IN C++ BUILDER AT ALL AT THE MOMENT
