Migrating an old 2007 app to XE5 and ran into the following exception "[dcc32 Fatal Error] F2084 Internal Error: AV0736885F-R000005E5-0". Help please?

Help please?

Internal errors are errors in the compiler, and you can't do anything
about them.

But sometimes you can avoid them by rearranging the offending code (if
you can find what it was - often it is the last change you made) into
explicit variable assignments and the declaration of explicit types.
Also, this problem is often found when you combine generics with
anonymous methods.

If you should happen to be on subscription you can also create an
official support ticket in maintenance portal and somebody from EMBT
will contact you then. But as I see that you're on XE5 they might
decline help as this version is not really current. Yes, it can do more
than D2007, but it's still not current.

But Rudy is right: sometimes rearranging stuff might help.
Does it point at some specific unit/part of code of yours?

Greetings

Markus

Usually the last change made before it happened. <g>

Yes, that often enough is true to be worth to be checked.
