I have recently created a web site with Intraweb v: 14.0.50
and the app is working perfectly when i run it in stand alone mode.

But i am using this IW server along with others on the same machine
i heard that apache is great for this kind of things to be used as a reverse proxy
server.

The IW server is runing on port 8888 and apache on 443 https.

The mapping the httpd.conf is as follows:

  ProxyRequests Off
  ProxyPreserveHost On

  <Proxy *>
    Order deny,allow
    Allow from all
  </Proxy>

  ProxyPass /home http://127.0.0.1:8888/$/
  ProxyPassReverse /home http://127.0.0.1:8888/$/

Now when ever the user types in this url in his browser:

https://www.mywebsite.com/home

He gets the page perfectly without any problems.

But whenever i click any button nothing happens at all.

I don't know what the problem is could it be:

1- Apache is not passing POST requests correctly.
2- Is it something with form submission.

Whatever it is i really need this to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I was mistaken it is not Post requests that are not working
properly its every thing. java-scripts, CSS, images, fonts and
even event handlers on the page.

There some configuration settings that can be done to fix the css,js

 ProxyPass /home/ http://127.0.0.1:8080/$/
 ProxyPassReverse /home/ http://127.0.0.1:8080/$/

//After adding this the page css is loaded correctly.
ProxyHTMLURLMap http://127.0.0.1:8080/$/ /home/

So, how can I use Apache as a reverse proxy with Intraweb as backend server?
