I must install my (OLD) Delphi XE on a new PC with windows 10. Pc has only operating system installed. The installation procedure seems to bypass the finalization part.
No icons are created in the start menu, no icon on desktop, I run the installation procedure with administrator privileges.
If I try to run BDS.EXE directly from installation directory, application start with an error of "resources exceded" and freeze.
Is Delphi XE compatible with windows 10 ?

Sorry - my own mistake. Problem solved. I don't remember that my XE license was an upgrade from delphi 2007. I have installed that versione before and then my delphi XE and all runs well.
