Any good component to read PDF (VCL)?

Hi:

I'm looking for a component to read .PDF.
I want to send technical information to our customers, so we are looking for these features:
- Have a single .EXE (as usual).
- Don't depend of acrobat being installed or not.
- Encrypted PDF (if possible in memory decrypt and not in a temp file).
- If possible we want to embed the PDF into the .EXE as resource.

We are using C++Builder 10.1 and XE.

Do you have any recomendations?

In GetIt there is a component called: Power PDF

But have you considered using html and the TWebBrowser.

because PDFium DLL is needed):
