radstudio 10.2 provisioning crashing on finish

Hello,

I have installed radstudio 10.2. because I need to prepare one of our existing apps to go in the windows app store.

I have created the necessary Certifate and pfx file, and installed root CA certificate on my developer station.

Then go in radstudio(Run as administrator) options\provisioning, I have supplied all necessary parameters.

After clicking "Create self signed certificate" this form freezes ?

Is this a bug ? even when I am doing something wrong it should generate an error message....
