Hi all.
What is the best solution (compared to memory, speed, security...) between the following:
- Project with a single form and multiple frames (the frame is created manually in region control).
- Project with multiple forms (URL Mapping, Content Handlers).

i think that depends mostly on you.
if you need many screens, a beautiful design, many controls, wide screens, very big grids, responsive or not and things like that.

in total, i have about 150 forms and frames in my app.
in most cases i used forms, because it was easier for me to maintain it, and every time i need the same functionality and look in different forms, i use frames.
sometimes i'm just too lazy, so i do what is easier and faster for me to do... :D

in terms of memory, i think frames are more "memory friendly", but i don't think in such a manner that should make you consider the memory differences between frames and forms when you plan the screen.

what ever you do, i suggest you plan your screens and needs before you start the design and code.
