Hello,

I'm from Germany and I use Embarcadero® Delphi 10.2 Version 25.0.26309.314.

Now I've experienced an issue when using a COMODO Code Signing Certificate.

To all appearance the problem seems to come from the CN key which is "Högl Company".

So this name has a mutated German vowel "ö" which seems not to be imported correctly by RAD Studio.
There I can only see "CN=H"gl Company ..." on the desktop when importing the Code Signing Certificate.

Consequently the paclient command fails with error code 1 which means that the signtool finds CN expression in AppxManifest is different from COMODO certificate file.

However if COMODO certificate is capable of getting along with mutated German vowels RAD Studio should do as well.

Since the only thing that I could do was to import the code signing certificate I have no influence on how RAD Studio is handling special German characters.

So is this a bug or is there an option to set an appropriate character set within RAD Studio?

Any help is highly appreciated!
