Debugger exception class SIGSEGV (11) when try to run on OS X

I just made a FireMonkey and InterBase application using C++ Builder XE5 and it compiles and runs well on 32 bits and 64 bits platforms, but fails when I try to compile and run it on OSX. The problem is that at the moment of Application->Run() it rises the following error message: "Debugger exception class SIGSEGV (11)". Using the IDE Trace Into didn't help because it fails immediately. I already looked for posts about this error but didn't find any that could help me.

Does someone know where could the problem be?

My MacBookPro is running OS X 10.10.2 and PAServer; the SDK manager version is 10.9.5.
