I have a service developed in XE5. It works fine on my 64bit Win 7, 64bit Win 10 and 32bit Server 2008 machines.
I'm busy migrating to 64bit Server 2008 R2 machines but can't get the service to start on this machine whether I compile it as 32bit or 64bit.

All the applicable libraries and dependencies are in place and functional.

I'm not sure if its a rights issue or what but I just cant get it to start.

I'd appreciate your ideas or assistance.

What is the system actually reporting as the failure when it does not start?
