One of my compiled applications which is running on Win7 32 bit started showing the following message on start up. Google hasn't returned any results. Running the XE compiler.
"Error loading hints - Exceeded array boundries"

The customer has re-installed the application and still has the same issue. I can not duplicate here although I have seen it in my lab before it was random and I have not been able to duplicate it at will.
Does this appear to be a corrupt exe ?

Is this an application using language DLLs (i. e. one translated into
several languages)? Or are you using another mechanism for
localization? That message may come from 3rd-party stuff you are using
for such a purpose. I don't see how the VCL could run into such an
error, since the component hints are just properties stored in DFM
files.
