Hi

This is maybe my first question in this place.

I have an inherited form that contains an inherited DBGrid connected to a FireDac Query where, a few days ago, I added some new columns. Now I'm trying to delete one columna that I don´t need any more, but it raise an error saying: "selection contains a component introduced in an ancestor and cannot be deleted".

The isue is that there is nothing in the ancestor DBGrid, so this error has no sense.

Can any one here tell me how to solve the problem?

I am working in a VCL Application with Delphi 10.1 Berlin Architect Edition.

Thanks for any help!
