I have a multitier application that performs well enough on the Windows intranet platform, but doesn't do well on Android mobile. While investigating using Fiddler, I noticed that the data was not zipped. The server is running under IIS with SSL and is configured to use gzip compression. But Fiddler says the dataset provider data is NOT compressed. I see the request header and it does NOT include Accept-Encoding "gzip, compress".

How can I set that header using datasnap components. I didn't spot anything in the properties of the SqlConnection that used the datasnap driver. Or in the DataSetProviderConnection.
