For persons that have tried the C++ Builder Enterprise/Architect versions I'm thinking about buying a good GUI for C++ designed for GUI's applications, and C++ VCL and Firemonkey are insanely amazing. But i just have one problem with Builder, i get the free Started version, and it is just annoying to write code because IT IS 0% INTUITIVE. Even when i used to program in CodeBlocks if i write (As example):

class myClass{

then i Enter and it automatically complete all the code. But program in Builder is EXACTLY like program in Bloc Notes (Except for the colors in the text). The only think is the autocomplete for method classes, but is all.

I HOPE this is because i have the free version, and i don't wan't to all my IDE's program like in Bloc Notes. Does someone knows if other versions of Builder are at least more intuitive/comfortable to program?

Wow - I was completely opposite on this.

I spent the better part of a few hours turning all the assists 'off' that come 'on' by default with the IDE. I can't stand for the compiler to type for me. Especially adding braces and the code block highlighting and grouping thing it want's to do in all the pretty colors. And it took a while to figure out how to get rid of the arrrrgravating welcome screen too.

~ blech ~

But at least the flexibility is there for those that like the feature(s). Better to have options than not, just as long as you can also turn them off :)
